Awful
Awful awful business. I was initially intrigued with this company, found it through some sort of ad and added about 170 ish dollars to the account. After realizing that I could no longer contribute to the account because the company has stopped taking deposits, I proceeded to request a withdrawal. It has been more than a year, communication about the withdrawal is nonexistent, and if I ask support they just say “Withdrawals will be addressed by our board at the next board meeting.” How about the last 10 board meetings?
Denied
It’s difficult to get your money out. My redemption requests always get denied.
Terrible Customer Service
one main reason why most clients will want their money back and cancel their account is due to terrible service when it comes to replying to clients questions. i have requested my account to be closed and return my funds and so far 3 months later no reply nor acknowledgment at all. just a bunch of cotton candy words! fluff fluff fluff! I recommend stay away until they are more organized and have track record. my next message is Florida Atty General consumer div, sec and other federal agencies
Worst app and worst customer service
App is garbage and the customer service is garbage. Invest somewhere else because they don’t know what they are doing
App not working, cannot withdraw investment
Multiple complaints from investors regarding unfulfilled requests for withdrawals. Business not transparent.
Scam - don’t invest your money
This app is a scam. They take your deposits, give you pennies in return, and when you try and withdraw your money it’ll takes months just to be told your money is subject to a board vote that’ll never happen. They don’t intend to give you your money back or any interest. I highly advise to look elsewhere. SCAM ALERT!!!!
Do not setup an account
The “new” app logs you in to a welcome screen and then you can do absolutely nothing??? What on earth is going on with this company. Why roll out a new app for us to not be able to get past a welcome to the new app screen????
Hold your money hostage
Simply not possible to get your money withdrawn from this app once you put it in. I’ve been trying to get $30 out for over a year with zero communication, it just says “pending”. I never write reviews but this app seems so scammy I had to, please do not give them more money
Be prepared to not be able to access your money
I have had an investment account for several years, everything was great and the returns were steady. In April this year, they stopped us from being able to edit our investment due to maintenance and this is still ongoing as of October, 6 months later. When I tried to withdraw from my account in July, I was told that the board takes a vote and approves all redemptions during their quarterly meeting, the next one was September 30th. This was frustrating as I was wanting to use that money to move. So I waited until September 30 and on October 2nd, I received an email that the board was postponing all redemptions until December 31st. Holding people’s money hostage is unacceptable, money is tight for everyone, what if accessing an investment is what stands between someone becoming homeless or not? Most people are one bad paycheck away from this situation. Waiting 5-6 months is not okay.
