Really poor response times , locks up to often, Delayed trades of 20-25 + minutes when you have accepted them market is moving is exceptionally annoying, costly and poor service

Make sure you check what the currency exchange charges are, it seemed horrendous to me! Now they won’t accept any nickname,however stupid it may be, I bet they would accept my nickname if it was a positive comment.

Trying to use app on an iPad and it’s telling me I need to update it. Go to App Store and option is not available, all I’m getting is the “open” button Most financial apps these days just give you a link or button to press to auto update

The prices shown for everything in this app is very out of date. You’d think that given the excessive charges HL levy that they would provide a premium service. However you can get more up to date prices by a simple google search, HL are 15+ minutes behind what even google show.

Hargreaves and Lansdowne is fantastic for information on stocks and funds. The platform offers comprehensive data and insights that are valuable for long-term investors. The data is often very delayed, making it difficult to make informed decisions when selling stocks. As a result, users may need to rely on another stock app to get real-time data. Overall, it's a great resource for long-term investors but not ideal for those who need to time their sales precisely.

I used this app to make money, it’s amazing

The HL app is extremely good if not the best one out there. The app has lots useful features for research and managing one’s portfolio is very easy once you get to know how to use the app. I’ll give it 5 stars but it would be great if you could access the active savings account from within the app currently its view only, maybe not possible but would be great. If you have a portfolio with HL get the app highly recommended.
