Check In not working right

I use to be able too pause the ride and check in.Now I have to finish the ride to do the check in.

Dangerous GPS

I wouldn’t recommend ever relying solely on this app as GPS for trips- it’s extremely unreliable, cuts out randomly, does not have map updates, and often won’t display on my bike at all despite disconnecting the Bluetooth connection, reconnecting, resetting app, and resetting my bike. I am now looking into a separate gps unit - after completing a 900+ mile trip last week, I know I’m not interested in the gamble of whether the gps feature will function correctly.

Doesn’t work right

When I start up the app, it shows my profile in the back but asks like I’m a passenger. Not able to track my miles. Also when it was tracking, it wouldn’t track it if I used the gps on it to get to a dealership.

App crashing after update

I have a Nighster special and I was using the app for the GPS because apparently you can’t use Google maps, you can only use the really horribly bad Harley Davidson maps that freezes on the nightster while I’m using it. The app also started crashing right after I open it. This after the last 2 updates. This app is really just to see whats going on at dealerships. Its pointless now to even have a GPS feature on my bike if I have to depend on an app that hardly ever works. If you’re looking for your next bike night, this app is for you! If you want actual GPS that works then use your phone with a mount. Just give me the functionality to use Google Maps. Why torture me with Harley Davidson branded maps? 😑

Can’t open app

For a week now, my app does not open Each time I try to open it, it flash right back off I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it back onto my device. I call the help desk. However they don’t see a problem nor has anyone else experienced this problem as well I need help because I had completed the June challenge on 500 miles but there is no way for me to record my miles and submit

Dealer check ins

When you recording your ride and you stop at a dealer to check in, it doesn’t say you’re a checked in. You’d have to finish your ride to see if you got your check in on previous versions. Once you paused it to check in a deal it came on and said your checked in

Was a good app till last update

Last update killed this app. The issue appears to be related to bandwidth on their servers. If I try to track miles or sign in during peak times, it lags and errors out. Typical of Harley since the changes to the rewards system. Seriously considering dropping my HOG membership over the horrible customer service experience since November.

Updates have ruined the app

Can’t check in to dealerships. Not getting my points. It stopped recording rides. Now I can’t even log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled, didn’t help.

Issues

For some reason the app doesn’t want to work the way it use to. Can’t get the Challenges to open or the ride screen etc.

Ride planner

I spent hours planning long distance routes and then when I export them and try to use the bike does not follow the planned route it takes you the way it wants. It does work on local rides so I’m at a loss. I’ve tried changing avoidances and preferences on the bike doesn’t help
