Signing in is always complicated and time consuming. Face ID rarely works and now even manually writing the username is nearly impossible as it doesn’t take the keyboard input. But I wish U.S. Bank would address all the issues that people are having with logging in. This app hasn’t been updated in two years, and it seems the login problems have been commented on here for two years, too. Every once in a while, the face recognition login on my app stops working and I have to input my username, my password, and other information. I’ve been lucky that with my iPhone 15, I can delete the app from my phone, wait a few minutes, download the app back on my phone, and the face recognition will work again. -- Poor Pete, 2025-02-10 ### *---- "Worst App Ever" As others have reviewed, this app is disgusting I just needed to add to it so maybe they do something about it.
