My app updated and the journal aspect disappeared 😭 I really enjoyed it because I got to study and understand my feelings better through all the different phases. Please bring that back. I do enjoy that they added actual guided meditations. I would also suggest that you add a few guided yoga positions for pain relief.
Good but
Nice app but it would be even better if it had a pregnancy tracker/ and how to create harmony during different stages of pregnancy. I’m pregnant and can’t use the app because it doesn’t register 170 days after your last period. 😂 will try it again when I’m not pregnant.
amazing but unfair
one of a kind, really amazing app! i love the recommendations of foods and activities to do during different phases. HOWEVER what really irritates me is that it only has options for plant based diets, absolutely no recommendations of animal based products. i feel that that is really unfair. i respect people who choose not to eat animal products and i never judge their choice or force them to eat animal products, but here i am basically forced to go plant based? i find that disrespectful and wish that animal products were included so that no matter what your diet is, there are enough options for you to choose from to stay healthy. i really hope this improves soon
Needs work
The app is stunning. It definitely needs some tweaking though. There isn’t even an option of spotting or cramps to be tracked - or daily menstrual medications. Maybe some insights from women would be helpful. Just a suggestion.
