## Harmony Self Hypnosis & Sleep Description

*Enhance your ability to relax & sleep well
*Reduce anxiety, tension and stress.
*Build on your core sense of inner strength, focus, wellness and power.
*Gain more confidence, self love and inner control.
*Save time and achieve goals more quickly and easily.

Listen to a mesmerizing hypnosis session every day for 7 days and notice the difference in how good you feel. You can also access dozens of sessions on multiple subjects through our subscription service, with new wellness topics added regularly.

Downloaded by millions, our apps have won at The Dot Comm Awards, Best App Ever Awards & Best Mobile App Awards, The IMA Awards and recommended by US doctors via Healthtap.

Harmony integrates with health app to record the physiological benefits of self hypnosis.

The recordings use unique special effects including:
Dual Vocal Delivery, where different suggestions or metaphors are delivered separately yet simultaneously through the right and left headphones. The effect is deeply hypnotic and helps mesmerize the unconscious mind into accepting beneficial suggestions with less conscious interference.

Brainwave Entrainment, when the brain is exposed to rhythm, the rhythm is recreated in the brain in the form of electrical impulses. On most of the hypnotherapy recordings within Harmony, you will hear alongside the vocals, music & other sound effects, small, pulses of sound, designed to help you quickly access a deeply relaxed hypnotic state. The app also monitors your heart rate if you connect via your Apple watch so you can measure the calming effect that Harmony can have on a physiological level too.

"Through repetition of certain techniques, boosters say, Harmony Hypnosis is like training your brain & works so much better". The Wall Street Journal

"The Ultimate In Self Help...The high quality recordings relax, entrance and help get results rapidly." Yoga Magazine

## Harmony Self Hypnosis & Sleep Reviews in United States

### ***** "Listen to this every night"
I listen to this every night! It has literally been the only thing to finally get me off sleeping medication! I’ve had trouble falling asleep for 10+ years and always been on a sleeping Rx. I forgot to take a pill one night & once I realized I could sleep w/o it I never took one again! I’m beyond grateful!
I tried several other apps before finding this one. None of them actually put me into a hypnotic state like this one. Not all of the sessions do but some really do! The others are amazing for just a calming, relaxing and more meditative experience. All are helpful for what he says about each topic. I actually enjoy listening to them while I’m awake also.
I like that you can make playlists easily. I have my bedtime playlists saved and can set them to repeat as many times as I need. Other apps I’ve tried don’t have that option so I would wake up when a session was done.
I also like that he includes soothing music in the background in each session!
This was by far my best purchase on the App Store!
-- @@Mejus, 2025-08-26

### **--- "Overpriced"
$79.99 for a year, but you actually only get a small portion of the recordings. You need to pay $250/year for all (they upsell you in the app). Really messed up, also overpriced. Cancelled trial immediately.
-- laurenispissed, 2025-07-20

### ***** "Great"
Greater than expected
-- 1234goodjob5678, 2025-07-06

### *---- "Requires login and “free” trial to do anything."
I have zero interest in an app that requires a login, obvipdul to get your data, then a so called free trial that you better temper to end or else be charge $79.99. Deleted.
-- snookie1, 2025-05-29

### ***** "Uplifting"
my🌝👨‍🌾I am
-- muzlein, 2025-05-25

### *---- "Doesnt work"
Signed up for the monthly subscript. And nothing works. Cant listen to anything other than the free ones. Tried to redo the SS, it says Im already signed up. Fix it
-- rufshittingme, 2025-05-16

### ***** "Great app!"
Great app! I really like being able to make the playlists, and sessions are all very easy to listen to.
-- 001Wren001, 2025-04-01

### ***** "Great mindset resetting"
I listen to this for meditation, but also in the morning when I am cooking breakfast or busy. I like to have it just to keep me positive or have my mind working in the background on compassion, strength, open-mindedness… whatever topic I pick from his meditations. I would like there to be a recommendation page. Maybe there is and I haven’t seen it, but there are certain meditations that I would like to request in case they are good suggestions.
-- Boogerpick, 2025-03-08

### ***** "Love it"
LOVE this app, have had it for a few years now and use it regularly
-- Gbrad2506, 2025-02-21

### ***** "Great!"
The app works great!
-- Beatrice Chimmy, 2025-01-26
