I listen to this every night! It has literally been the only thing to finally get me off sleeping medication! I’ve had trouble falling asleep for 10+ years and always been on a sleeping Rx. I forgot to take a pill one night & once I realized I could sleep w/o it I never took one again! I’m beyond grateful! 
I tried several other apps before finding this one. None of them actually put me into a hypnotic state like this one. Not all of the sessions do but some really do! The others are amazing for just a calming, relaxing and more meditative experience. All are helpful for what he says about each topic. I actually enjoy listening to them while I’m awake also.
I like that you can make playlists easily. I have my bedtime playlists saved and can set them to repeat as many times as I need. Other apps I’ve tried don’t have that option so I would wake up when a session was done. 
I also like that he includes soothing music in the background in each session! 
This was by far my best purchase on the App Store!

I listen to this for meditation, but also in the morning when I am cooking breakfast or busy. I like to have it just to keep me positive or have my mind working in the background on compassion, strength, open-mindedness… whatever topic I pick from his meditations. I would like there to be a recommendation page. Maybe there is and I haven’t seen it, but there are certain meditations that I would like to request in case they are good suggestions.

This app has a large variety of hypnotherapy tracks, many of which focus on relaxation. The tracks are sorted well so that it is easy to find exactly what you need. Also a lot less expensive than other meditation-type apps. There is a monthly subscription option which makes it easier as well.

I originally got this app for weight loss but discovered that it has so much more to offer than that. Not only has this app helped me to lose weight easily but it has also helped me with discovering, correcting and releasing the emotions behind why I ate so much. There’s such a wide variety of recordings for all kinds of issues people may face besides weight loss. I actually look forward to listening to it every morning as it sets my day off on the right foot and sets me up for success. Darren Marks, the man who created the app, is a licensed hypnotherapist with many years of experience and has a very, very soothing British voice. I’m so happy to have found this app!!! I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to improve their life by letting go of traumas and issues that have been holding them back.
