## Harney & Sons Reviews in United States

### *---- "PPPPPPPLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSSEEEEEEE FIX YOUR APP‼️‼️‼️"
This app was so handy and easy to use at first, but now it’s UNUSABLE❗️
Can’t even update shipping address…
No excuse.
It’s beginning to dissuade me from ordering… 🧐
-- apluvmyi, 2025-09-05

### *---- "App stuck on cloudflare"
Love the tea. App used to be convenient but no longer works - gets stuck on cloudflare verification.
-- EK-SF, 2025-05-25

### *---- "Great tea abysmal app"
It’s like the app was designed by someone who wanted you to see what you couldn’t buy. You have to use the web to get anything done. That would be fine if it were 2010.
-- TXThinkTank, 2025-04-19

### *---- "App is Broken"
Tried to use the app and login. As soon as I got through the login process, all I get is this loop of “logged in successfully” pop up followed by a white screen followed by a BLIP of the main menu then back to the “logged in successfully” pop up.
-- Teddy BH, 2025-03-29

### *---- "Great Tea House, Awful App. Stick to tea."
What a terribly frustrating experience. I order from Harney & Sons all the time, and thought I’d try the app, boy was that a mistake. It requires a password. The Harney & Sons website does not. Nor is there an option to add or change a password. In the app there’s a link that says “Forgot password?” And when clicked it sends an email to reset the password, except if you click it on the phone it takes you to the app - which requires a password. If you click it on the desktop website it takes you to the Harney & Sons website - which is already logged on. There’s no way to create or edit a password. It’s no wonder this app only has a few downloads and the last positive review was 6 years ago. Stick to tea, Harney. Tech isn’t your thing.
-- InkLoveViolence, 2025-03-23

### ***** "THE BEST TEA LITERALLY EVER"
I have drank Harney + Sons tea for a while now, and I have a whole collection. Their tins are beautiful, their tea is tasty, and they’re great people! I have yet to find a better tea brand.
-- Surly_Wombat!, 2024-10-26

### ***-- "Wishlist"
The wishlist doesn’t show in the app. But it does if I log in online. Please fix this.
-- Toohotmama, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Can’t log in"
It worked at first but for some reason I can no longer log in and order. Deleted the app.
-- CptWillard, 2024-08-12

### ***-- "Not as good as it looks."
The pictures are professional looking and accurate. But that doesn’t make it a good app. I have been buying tea from Harney for ten years. The app and website remembers my name and email address. They wouldn’t want to miss sending an advertisement, but as for my billing and shipping address, forget it—and it hasn’t changed for 10 years! My phone number? Tired of entering it repeatedly. They dropped Apple Pay and there is no easy way to pay with your fingerprint or Face ID. Go hunt up your credit card, again. And their search engine is not at all user friendly. Click on a specific tea to learn about it, and when you return to the category of tea you are searching the app starts you all over at the beginning. Note: there are currently 184 types of black tea available. Try scrolling through that list multiple times and see how you like it.
-- AireDevile, 2024-08-07

### **--- "The tea is great, the app needs help!"
Each time I try to use this app, I get stuck in one screen or another and can’t get out of it. Today as I was trying to check out I got frozen in the “How to redeem your points screen”. It asks if you want to use your reward points, takes you to the “how to use screen” and you can’t use your points or checkout. VERY frustrating. The are lucky I love the tea!
