Clearly someone at HBR decided to invest into a bright and shiny new app. Were users actually asking for a new app? Did someone ask users what they needed? Probably not. As a result, no access to any magazine issue except the latest one . No possibility to download . No audio version of articles (just look how the Economist does it). But looks nice….
Can’t find the offline functionality anymore. Must have when travelling to download the new magazine
I like to read this in planes but then again if you are off the grid, you cannot access your magazine. Silly.
I love HBR but I keep having trouble logging in on my iPhone. I pay 20 dollar every month at least make it work on my iPhone.
The mobile app doesn’t accept the credentials I created on their website. Very unintuitive app experience.
Offline reading is missing
Cannot log in with the HBR website login credentials. Also cannot download the PDF in the app. Very bad integration.
Not a friendly app especially not for mobile
Maz integration with HBR is terrible. I have a valid and active sub, can log in on the website and am receiving the paper versions. Yet to this day I can’t log into the app because it has incorrectly synced my account status. Now I’m stuck using the mobile browser. The app sucks and HBR should consider moving away from this terrible magazine publishing app platform. Their supper is abysmal as well. 1 star, deserved. I pay for mobile app access, yet I don’t have it. Shame on you.
