Not able to adjust font size in the apps?

Please could you consider having this basic feature in? Thanks!

Lost access to my subscriptions after the recent app update. Folders also disappeared.

Worst App & User Experience ever

Jeremy Seng on

Singapore

App doesn’t allow me to login with my email credentials that I register on the HBR browser, which works fine on my macbook browser/normal browser on phone. User experience is sucky that it doesn’t sync my account nor does it have the full features to view all the different types of articles that HBR has on its browser. This is very embarrassing considering there are other magazine subscription that do not have these kind of issues with account credentials or limited view of articles to read.

Bigger fonts please

The content is great. But can you please enlarge the font size as the tiny fonts are extremely straining to read for some age groups. You could also consider adjustable font sizes.

Great app to read HBR

I wish there is a highlighter feature in the app.

Coverage

Tang Thomas on

Singapore

Today HBR is known, read and widely subscribed in Asia. Hence it should strive to cover every topic (or as much as possible, the perspectives / views/ survey findings) of Asia, not just predominantly America. This would bring it closer to its Asian readership. Furthermore developments and tremendous growth presented in Asia is dominating much news today as well as investment in-flows from the West. HBR experts’ insights on Asia is therefore valuable and much relevant for its worldwide readers. I applaud HBR for its selection and variety of topics covered. Thanks!

Made it very difficult to cancel subscription

i am a subscriber of hbr 2020 on

Singapore

I have been enjoying HBR since 2005 through the original magazine form and still enjoy the high quality contents. However, whenever I try to cancel and make changes to my subscription, it is very very difficult to do. Not only there is no clear cancel subscription button available on this app, nor clear descriptions on how to cancel it. I have to submit email, which is so behind the overall customer experience that some of this contents in the magazine speaks about. Also app version has limited contents than the website version which is not clearly stated in the subscription package details. Wish the team can make these changes quickly so many of the subscribers can continue to enjoy the app.

Not all web features are in the mobile

balachan22 on

The mobile app is very unstable. Every morning when I wish to open the app, it closes automatically atleast 2-3 times. When I sign in and go to the “insider” segment, any article I click requires me to re-Login or thinks I am an unregistered user. I have to log in for every article I wish to read or they will countdown the 3 articles per week.

Good but can be better
