Great app but the HBR website badly needs the famous “Open in App” option… or does it exist and doesn’t work in my case? 🤔
Just like everyone else for several years… cannot login with the same login as the website. That’s why I’m stopping my HBR subscription.
I highly appreciated the content of this app and it is also in general user-friendly. However, the emphasis lies on “general”. It irritates me, that I have to continuously re-log into the app (once or twice a week) and this is something that truly frustrates me. Hope this issue can be solved.
There was a long time ago a decent app where I had the HBR magazines in digital form. All gone. The whole print alike feeling gone. Just the content remaining, however with the pain to get it linked to the HBR account. Guys, this is the year 2021. There are so many better examples out there
One of the worst app I have subscribed for. It can’t remember my membership, I can’t even access the articles I paid for...
This app is a disaster ! I bought a yearly subscription on HBR website, and the credentials do not work on this app! This app requires a zip code to login when the website uses your email and password. Totally stupid! If I could put zero star, I’d it rate that way.
It should be much more straightforward to get an existing subscription up and running on a new device. It was pretty seamless with the Economist and FT apps, so guess you have some catching up to do there to truly embrace the digital age.
For my use this app is inferior to web or printed edition. It does not allow picking a specific magazine issue and browsing through it, resuming an article (you can flag it but that is not the same as a bookmark). Also, it cannot display articles as printed (e.g. in PDF) that I particularly like about the magazine.
How are we at the end of 2024, and there is still not a way to consume the content through the app in magazine form? The published version found in bookstores is the superior way to read HBR. The developer has stated for years that this feature is in beta, and that it should be rolled out soon. As if they were developing software for NASA. Please implement this basic feature for paying customers.
