Each update means less useful app. Having all this great content … you make it inaccessible ! No audio of articles? Worked for some time directly from the web, but now even this has disappeared.
Can’t seem to find this. App feels not very accessible.
Latest update deletes old issues with no warning I noticed - this isn’t fair as at the time they were downloaded they were paid for in the subscription - disappointed but not surprised. I like nothing about the ‘new’ look magazine experience has disappeared gone and it’s hard to believe the developers gave a second thought about the needs of end users.
Yesterday, I subscribed to the HBR, and I was pleased to notice that I could have access in the app to all past issues of the magazine. This morning, I had a shock. The app got updated, and now you ruined everything. I no longer see any of the past issues. I am very disappointed, to the point that I am considering cancelling the subscription. Why did you do that? Isn’t that in the subscription, the past issues should be accessible? Please address this problem. I’m sure that other customers may have the same frustration.
Hard to navigate - would be an sensible to be able to browse all articles via category (as done on the website) - this is a blindingly obvious omission?
I just signed up for HBR, but unfortunately cannot log in. That feels like table stakes! I’m confident the content is excellent though
Please fix this!
Does not sync with the web interface. Login in is a nightmare. I end up accessing HBR from the web on my phone…. Annoying
Seems to be some pretty big misses here; when you log in it seems to take several seconds to load content and I’d try to do anything before it loads, you’ll be brought back to the homepage. Saved articles don’t sync with the web version. Articles don’t work if you aren’t connect to the internet, why is this a thing in 2023 when you can download entire albums and podcasts offline?
