We walked in without a reservation, because the restaurant we had booked didn’t have much of the menu available. We got a friendly greeting, a table for the 4 of us & everything we wanted was available to order.  
The salad cart was well stocked & all 4 meals were served piping hot, perfectly cooked.  
We will be back.

Downloaded this app as I was told by staff in the restaurant that it gave free drinks etc… 
So, I downloaded and tried to use the free Stella drink only to be told ‘oh we don’t sell Stella’. 
I asked if I could have a different beer. ‘NO’ was the answer. 

I told customer service bit they just didn’t care. 

Completely useless app. Avoid.

We love Harvester for eating out because  we get real food that’s tasty and filling at reasonable prices. 
The thing we love best is the salad bar. 
The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. 
I always worry about the car park though.

### *---- "Worst Christmas dinner ever"
Booked a table for 3pm on Boxing Day at the harvester in Llandarcy for the £26.95 Christmas Dinner was really looking forward to it there were 3 adults and 2 children in our party we waited ages to be served even though it wasn’t busy 2 tables got served b4 us even though they came in after us I called the waitress and asked why this had happened and she said that she thought we were waiting for more people I had originally booked for 7 but two cancelled which I informed the lady who seated us eventually the waitress came to take our drinks ok order at 3.45 we had been sitting at our table since 3pm ordered a mug of tea they had run out of milk I ordered prawn cocktail to start they had no prawns my partner ordered tomatoes soup to start (I should have took a pic of it) all I can say is it looked like someone had squirted a tube of tomatoe purée in the dish we should have complained but we had been waiting over an hour  to be served my partner was really hungry he actually could slice it it was like a lump of jelly but he said it tasted ok the Christmas dinner was absolutely terrible no sprouts just frozen peas and broccoli that wasn’t cooked I had to pick it up to bite into it as it was rock hard  one of the largest roast potatoes was frozen in the middle I could not cut it with my knife my granddaughter ordered the £6.99 kids menu the pizza was rock hard she coudnt bite it hardly any cheese on top I called the waitress and she said she would replace it I said can you put some cheese on top she said they actually come in like that but would ask the chef to add extra cheese which must have been a teaspoon of extra cheese £6.99 it’s scandalous but at least it was edible all in all a huge disappointment my daughter ordered tampered prawns and steak which was absolutely fine thank god  I’ve eaten at the harvester hundreds of times and always enjoyed the food and service so disappointed I don’t think we will be eating there again it ruined our day

When using on my old phone it was reasonably good, a few glitches now and then but nothing major.  

Since transferring to new phone things have improved slightly, although the notifications are a bit delayed - often arriving after I have visited Harvester 🤷🏼‍♀️

Went to Harvester in Boldmere tonight and the app did not work. Told the staff & said I know it doesn’t work try our wifi but that too usually doesn’t work it’s our roof. Confused why have an app ? 
Couldn’t order food , couldn’t get the offers and unable to get the rewards and they were not bothered. Restaurant very quiet for half term - now I know why. Very Very disappointed.

This branch is by far the best in our area. We visited tonight and the meal was absolutely delicious. The new menu is great too. Our waitress Kimberley gets our thumbs up and we passed our comments on to the chefs
