## Harvey Norman Photocentre Mob Reviews in Australia

### ***** "Great App"
Very easy app to use, downloaded some photos they were ready the next day in our local store very happy with this app, easy to use.
-- Morr k, 2024-12-18

### *---- "So outdated"
Could not connect to the kiosk. UI terrible, buttons behind Apple UI. Staff were helpful, knowing how much the app is really bad. Off to print at Kmart…
-- LiamChapman87, 2024-03-18

### *---- "Rubbish"
The pictures didn’t load employees didn’t help at all, no usually one to make leave a review but the whole process was terrible
-- Seansdog, 2023-11-01

### **--- "Can’t login!"
Reset password three times - still says unable to authenticate. Don’t waste your time - find another printing source which doesn’t require a login or has working IT.
-- crutoedge132, 2023-09-08

### *---- "Super slow"
It takes 30s to install the app, 5 minutes to transfer a low quality photo from phone to print station
-- mehdinf, 2023-02-15

### *---- "Terrible App"
This needs major improvements. It’s not user friendly. You can’t view the pictures you selected in your cart. Only one size is shown in the cart, it should show both inches and cms. The invoice should have the discounted rate and not only the full price rate.
-- Tazza23, 2022-12-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work on iPad OS"
It doesn’t work well with stage manager and when I was using the app exclusively I couldn’t get past updating my contact information.
-- jncox, 2022-11-24

### **--- "Not user friendly!"
Make sure you get your selection of source and photos correct first time or near impossible to change. Very bad user experience.
-- imomkk, 2022-07-31

### *---- "Very disappointing app"
This app is not user friendly at all, one of the worst I’ve used. I’d give it zero stars if I could. If there is a way of deleting uploaded photos, I couldn’t see it and once one photo was selected and added to cart, I was not offered a way to add any more photos. So frustrating, I’ve deleted the app. Took me less than 10 minutes to order my photos elsewhere online.
-- MaryAnn11, 2022-07-22

### *---- "Pics won’t load - no support offered"
Wanted to make a photo book for my daughters bday. Spent 2+ hours making one in the app, which labeled half of my selected pics as ‘broken’ and unusable (identical format to accepted pics). After arranging (not easy to use), went through check out and screen for uploading pics appeared. And nothing happened. No uploading.
Called photo centre, was told to delete and reload the app and I’d have to start again. Or do it on the browser (start again). No tech support available, they ‘don’t pay us enough for that’, nor was there a number to call for support. Tried to lodge a formal verbal complaint and told to fill in a form online. I said, why should I waste more of my time giving my free and valuable feedback to this useless business? Yet here I am , doing exactly that on the review section. No photo book for my daughter because I can’t afford half a day to trouble shoot their bleeding tech issues. Not happy.
