This app allows Hassantuk users to track system health by viewing status and performance of every Hassantuk device installed in your villa. Users will receive instant Hassantuk fire and maintenance in-app & mobile notifications. User will also gain an access to Manage their account and contact details and gain access to Hassantuk help center. The app allows the user to initiate manual fire alarm request or call the emergency number to connect with civil defence representative.
Hassantuk app wirelessly monitoring the heat and smoke detectors distributed across the villa for any fire alerts. Heat and smoke detected generate a local alarm and are also transmitted to the 24x7 Command Centre that initiates telephonic verification. Upon verification, fire alert is transmitted to the nearest Civil Defence along with the villa location and resident contact details for immediate action.

When we receive and alarm it does not show up in the notifications. This is the core feature of the service. I had received a false alarm and I have no way to find out which sensor triggered the alarm. Please ensure that the data is clear to us as we paying for this service and this is critical service for our home.
Worst service
The most frustrating experience ever false alarms causing mental anguish in the middle of the night with our family. Calls to support a waste of time. Attempts to leave complaint to a manager just go to a voicemail that is full and cannot accept any messages. I am so disappointed at the level of service it goes totally against all other good things and services here this is like something from the 1980s
