This app allows Hassantuk users to track system health by viewing status and performance of every Hassantuk device installed in your villa. Users will receive instant Hassantuk fire and maintenance in-app & mobile notifications. User will also gain an access to Manage their account and contact details and gain access to Hassantuk help center. The app allows the user to initiate manual fire alarm request or call the emergency number to connect with civil defence representative.
Hassantuk app wirelessly monitoring the heat and smoke detectors distributed across the villa for any fire alerts. Heat and smoke detected generate a local alarm and are also transmitted to the 24x7 Command Centre that initiates telephonic verification. Upon verification, fire alert is transmitted to the nearest Civil Defence along with the villa location and resident contact details for immediate action.
Hassantuk objective is to make UAE one of the safest countries in the world by implementing Enhanced Safety Monitoring Initiatives by connecting villas using M2M & IOT technologies for Monitoring, Detection of Fire Incidents at very early stages.

لاحظت بعد تركيب الاجهزه، واحد من الاجهزة تم تركيبه تحت احدى الطاولات ( طاوله متحركة ) الموجوده في المستودع.

It’s not working after update
Fake status
The system is shut down and broken in the house and it says that its online and fine
It will work after the installation
I see many reviews that it’s not working, however, it will work after the system installed in your property It’s easy to monitor your sensors through the app

Pathetic service
I paid using and obviously it gave an error, spent almost 2 weeks following up with them and reached no where. Just a tip, don’t use the app go to the service counter and do it manual and save yourself time and head-ace.
