## HasteLock Reviews in Malaysia

### ***** "Friendly user"
The system is highly effective in preventing unauthorized vehicle exits, ensuring that cars cannot leave the parking area without proper user authorization. This adds an important layer of security and peace of mind for users.
-- Petek K., 2025-10-14

### *---- "Worst parking app"
Always showed vehicle not found. Waste my time to carpark office not only one times.
-- jassnn, 2025-09-26

### *---- "Worst customer service UOA Tower"
Their staff replied like a kid whenever we have issue, keep repeating and give guideline without solving the issue like they cannot understand english. Worse they never reply to some of the emails. They blast notice to use default passcode but no one can use it. The app is straight forward but the staff sorry to say is pretty dumb. Sometimes the app cannot capture entry time even we have parked then having issue when exiting. I don’t know why high standard building like UOA give tender to them for this system, maybe the cheapest in town with lowest quality of app and service. The website is also bad, the filter cannot be used at all. If i can report to any organization, i would have done that. Very bad!
-- Fizahzul, 2025-07-30

### *---- "If I could rate 0 I would"
Unable to change passcode. Always log me out which is inconvenient to unlock the gantry every time. Vehicle not found error always prompt. Such a bad experience and bad "upgrade" of the parking system.
-- Bangsar south user, 2025-07-15

### *---- "Useless"
Why bother to even creating this app? It’s completely useless, whose idea is behind this app bro? Too free nothing to do is it?
-- rsbz0709, 2025-07-11

### *---- "Passcode keeps getting reset to default"
Every time I go to settings and change passcode, after some time it resets and defaults back. Worse still, my settings also get defaulted. What’s the point of deterring theft if passcode goes to default and any thief can just install the app and login and then drive car away??
-- YoSasjo, 2025-07-08

### *---- "Unusable"
There is no option to reset the passcode. The first time I used, the default password worked but when I used it again to exit the carpark (without changing the default passcode) the app returned a message that the wrong passcode was entered. Having this app is affecting my work as I cannot park at my designated spot now. If I could give no star I would.
-- Uoa Parking User, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Worse"
Always display incorrect passcode but tried same passcode with website.
-- Qunqun1235, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Reset Passcode"
Unable to reset passcode. What's the point of using the app when you can't even login
-- Kelvin#老司机, 2025-06-26

### *---- "No reset password option"
Should have reset password link if user forgets their password. Went to the parking management and sent a report to helpdesk, still cannot reset password. Wonder what kind of app is this as it's troubling users.
-- UOA Business Park Worker, 2025-06-11
