I’ve had to restart my phone, and delete the app and reinstall multiple times on iPhone 14 Pro. Now the measurements on my wife’s phone (also a 14 pro) for yesterday are showing up correctly, but they’re missing from my phone app. Today’s show up correctly, and 2 days ago and older show up… but not yesterday. Also, poor execution on the feeding recording. If I’m starting a bottle timer, makes more sense to put in starting amount first before I forget how much is in the bottle, then subtract ending amount if not finished. App doesn’t allow this information until after timer is finished. If you’re not using formula your starting amount might not be consistent each feeding. Little things like that. Overall just really hard to use. I have been using this app since the birth of my son back in 5/2019. It became my journal recording every milestone. A few years later, I received a notification that I need to fix my login or else I might risk losing all my information that I stored on this app. was in contact with the company and they reassured me that everything was fine and there was no risk of losing my information. Well they were wrong! I recently upgraded from an iPhone 11 pro to a 15 pro and lost majority of my data (2024). I contacted Hatch several times and even showed them the email from the past stating that my info was still there. After several emails going back and forth, they could not retrieve my data. I had trusted them and they lied to me!! This has really shattered my heart because all the important memories I was logging about my son was gone. I cannot have another child because I had a hysterectomy shortly after my son was born in order to save my life. This is why it hurts me so much because all that information I would enter about my son helped me through my depression. If you can find another company to record your important information, I would highly suggest that you do. I pray nothing like this happens to anyone.
