Such a waste of a money. I mean a $200 alarm clock where a scheduled alarm sometimes goes off? Give me a break. How do I return this.

Your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card connected to your App store Account will be charged at the subscription frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Maybe you should just stick to the clock app
It’s okay but there’s a bug with the app and it gets stuck on updating (if they fix this I’ll be pretty happy) but anyways it’s just not reliable at times

Been trying to connect my hatch for months. Tried everything. I keep getting message that they are now registering the product and I will get an email. To this day, no email and my unit still not showing up on my app. Very frustrating
Good when works
Worked great for few days and all of a sudden won’t connect. Driving me nuts then saw the reviews on here and felt relief. Hatch needs to fix this
So laggy and slow
This app is sooooo slow. It never loads and each time I press any of the buttons I’m waiting a long time before anything even happens. It makes it brutal to try out different routines to see what works.
forced to stop using
This app/service continues to sht the bed with more broken issues and breaking changes.
Super glitchy
Very expensive alarm clock that often doesn’t even work. Can’t even login to the app right now which means the unit is useless.
Buggy/ subscription
Not worth the money you pay for the device as you have to pay for a subscription to access all of the good features. There is barely anything to choose from that is free and the app crashes half the time so when you go to set your alarm in the morning you can’t even open the app. Tried for hours for it to let me sign in without it working and now I’m not able to use it for the morning. Disappointing. Something this expensive should come with a free and reliable app for people who paid over $200 for an alarm clock.
New Update
The app updated and now I can’t even log in.
Predatory Subscription Model + Sign-in Required
Requires you to create an account to change your alarm. Their server appears to have gone down / crashed tonight, so I can’t log in, which I guess means I can’t set/change an alarm for tomorrow morning. 🤮 This is also after they rug pull all the good sounds if you don’t pay their ridiculous subscription model pricing after a one month free trial.
