## Hatobito Description
Deze app helpt om beter naar je hart te luisteren. Bepaal je hartslagbereik en test je fitheid door het doen van een Zoladz Test. Laat je leiden door de app om in de verschillende zones op je streefhartslag te lopen en 
ontvang je resultaten. Deel deze met je coach en bespreek dit samen, om jouw training- en wedstrijdresultaat te optimaliseren.

Veel lopers trainen te vaak en te lang in hun hogere hartslagzones. Dit maakt hen gevoeliger voor blessures, overbelasting of overtraining. Hatobito heeft als doel lopers beter naar hun hart te laten luisteren, door concreet inzicht te bieden in de belasting en belastbaarheid van de loper, aan de hand van de specifieke hartslagzones en de mate waarin deze tijdens de training gevolgd worden. Verder helpt Hatobito om hartslagdata te delen met deskundige coaches, die deze dat kunnen duiden en snel kunnen vertalen naar specifieke acties. Een 'digital coach' kan op basis van jouw hartslagbereik, je doel en leefsituatie een geschikt trainingsschema op maat maken, dat je helpt op duurzaam en verantwoord te trainen.
