## Havant & Waterlooville Eats Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Awful"
Always order incorrect, that’s the provider to be fair, but ALWAYS late and requesting refunds near impossible.

Avoid at all costs
-- Annoyed Portsmouth, 2024-01-26

### *---- "Refund please"
Trying to get refund and no response

Wrong food and late from pitmasters and no apology
-- g day cgg, 2023-07-15

### ***** "Better than Just Eat"
Used for a year now, food always turns up & great customer service if I’ve had any issues, can always speak to someone rather than a bot! Better than the other 3 big delivery apps
-- AlanB2394, 2023-04-19

### *---- "Very poor customer service"
This is the second time we’ve had issues.
First time they took our order and money, but nothing turned up. We then found out ourselves that the store was closed due to refurb and they said they had notified Waterlooville eats a couple of times but they were still taking orders!
The second time, we ordered, waited 2 and a half hours for our order. I received a call from someone from Waterlooville eats to say they’d sent a few drivers to the restaurant and the food wasn’t ready. Phoned the restaurant who said food was sitting waiting!! Driver then arrived and said “sorry I’m late, I had a flat tyre so had to wait for my dad to pick me up and bring me to you”
Also I was told by Waterlooville eats that they’d be emailing me a money off voucher. This never turned up. I’ve contacted them 3 times since and have been ignore.
Very poor way to run a business.

### *---- "Just bad"
Put an order in the app said it would arrive in about an hour, it didn’t. Rang the restaurant and they hadn’t even made my order despite the app saying it was being prepared, then out for delivery and finally completed and alongside confirmation emails. Do not install
-- dmgmidchtbs, 2021-09-18

### *---- "Can’t Order food"
Most times I oder food wait couple hours to find out I ain’t go food on the way but they took my money I got work in the morning
-- people who own this app, 2021-09-05

### *---- "Incomplete app"
No Sign In with Apple, thought this was a requirement for the App Store now.
Apple Pay shows up and you can try and pay but then you get an error saying it’s not completely set up.
