The app and my new device were surprisingly easy to set up. The heater was found and paired almost immediately, which is better than other smart devices I have like LIFX which took a few tries! To change/set the temperature you must be in “eco” mode, but it does work. H1 and H2 seem to just be low and high heat, with no temperature set point.

Temperature control does not work from the app, so what’s the point?

Barely functional on modern iPhones, lacks features.

The instructions say hit the me button then select Alexa icon. But in app it shows home management with nick name and room location. Thereby is no Alexa icons any where. I figured it out on my own. But you need to make app like instructions say. Also has reported when you select f for temp it still shows c needs fixing

Waste of time

Just as others say, the app works to connect to your device (two space heaters for me), but the ability to control the devices from the app is lacking to the point of being useless. I cannot change mode, target temperature, turn off annoying on/off sound, etc. Every time the heater gets turned off, it resets to original mode and settings, and I have to go back and manually adjust on the device itself. The developers must realize how poor the functionality is.

App has poor UX, connectivity issues. Most of the time it doesn’t work (with Morento Heater)

I have a heater that is compatible with this app, but the temperature control doesn’t work. I can turn it on, so it’s connected, but I’m stuck at 77 degrees for heat which is a bit excessive. I work in mobile app development, and have not found a way to remedy this or even know if it’s an error with the provided ux

I’m using this with my new Morento air purifier. Setup was fairly simple after I realized that it wouldn’t initially connect to a 5G WiFi network. It works OK so far but even though I have the general app set to give temperature in Fahrenheit, the Morento device part of the app insists on giving the outside temp in Celsius and there seems to be no way to fix this.

One of the worst apps ever. Wi-Fi going offline means that the app stops functioning. You have to constantly delete and add the device.
