Hawaii Central FCU Reviews

Mixed feeling

The old app was better than the new app. I been banking with Hawaii Central until the new app came out. I have multiple accounts and to switch between memberships is troublesome. I don’t like the fact that you can’t transfer funds to and from all your membership accounts. I don’t like the mobile deposit feature. It’s to low and makes no sense. $1000 per check $3000 max per day. $10,000 monthly limit. Really?? Remove the max check deposit and just make it $3000 per day. Instead of a $10,000 monthly deposit limit do a 5 day rolling limit of $10,000. What I would like to see as a member. A new mobile experience and a better mobile deposit limit. Instant issue debit cards in the branch. Take a look at HawaiiUSA noble experience it’s superb.

Bring back the old app now!!!

This new app is garbage!! I have been on it for 5 minutes and am furious! I loved my banking app!! I used it multiple times a day to make sure my funds were managed ok in my life for my needs. This app, you can’t even scroll through transactions. You can only look at like 4 or 5 at a time!!! And it was so much more streamlined and simple. They have made this app so much more complicated!! Why?! What was wrong with the other app?! Why can’t we have that one and keep this one for whoever needs all this other stuff. I just need one for simple checking and savings needs. I don’t have a ton of money! This is absolutely absurd when people change things that weren’t even broken. So what if you can use your face to log in if the thing is harder to use. I want my old app back !🤬🤬🤯🤯
