Need to make it easier by design
If you have app on phone easier if all trips in one place with the confirm number so that you could easily find it in the TRIPS section. I would recommend to follow the lead of larger airline carrier to make your app easier to navigate.

One more thought…. Not sure how my husband “lost” his aisle seats on flight to Kona. Also, no seat coming home. Are non revenue customers moving into revenue seats? Plane not very full. We went from 4 to 19…there were empty rows in between. Maybe plane need balancing (I was told that before with seats). We enjoy flying Hawaiian and flight attendants are always well trained and welcoming and planes are always clean….that’s the best part.

No Changes or Cancellations on APP!
Must call to make any flight changes or cancellations. Cant do anything in the app. Very raw functionality. It’s 2024 — Get with the times. IT person needs replaced.
Easy breezy
This app makes it so easy to navigate and figure things out before my flight. I love the simplicity of the app and how user friendly it is. Mahalo!
Good but glitchy
Sign in is glitchy and problematic with different terminology.
Facial ID is buggy
I use this app every few month. When I logon, it never seems to remember my “Use Facial ID” option which then leads to me digging up my last password or changing it. Something isn’t right about that functionality…
Buy with miles but
Fantastic that I can finally purchase with miles on app but my mileage balance is never up to date unless I sign out and sign back in.

Worst airline ever
The service from Hawaiian airlines is consistently poor, and they are completely unresponsive. The check in process at HNL is a nightmare, signage is confusing and there’s never anyone to answer questions. I just finished dropping my bags and stood around for over ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter just to take my bags—because like usual they were late checking in two other flights and the counters were mass confusion as they scrambled. When someone finally did come she shouted at me through her mask, took my bags and waved me away without the slightest courtesy.
If you can avoid it, do not fly this airline.
Electronic payments
You should have the capability to enable use of ( PayPal , Apple Pay, etc…). It is always a huge frisk to provide full card information.
