Everytime I log in, it brings me back to the login screen. Then after many attempts, I can finally view my electric bill. But also, it is suuuuper slow and lagging almost always. The worst!!! DO BETTER HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC!!! -- Its 2025, Apps should be Easy!, 2025-03-01 ### ***** "This app rocks!" I use this instead of google maps! ;) -- Kayvan90er, 2025-02-27 ### *---- "Very bad app" Can’t seem to login to the app but the same credentials can let me login with a web browser instead. -- Denyed, 2025-02-24 ### *---- "Not useful" It’s a shame they would make an app for it to not serve its purpose. I got the app to pay my bill from the app and it doesn’t allow you to. I guess the only other options of payment is online with a third party but for a commercial business they charge a $45 processing fee but If you’re residential it’s $3?? Make it make sense! It’s the same electric we’re using. So now I have to go and pay in person bc it seems like that’s the only option to save me from paying that scam of $45. Wish I could give no stars. What a waste of time and money! Get it together HECO, it’s about to be 2025. Get with the times😤 -- Anechia M, 2024-11-15 ### ***** "App was helpful during power outage" The app was great to have when we lost our power. The website didn’t load the outage map but the app kept us informed on when to expect a return of our power. -- nominoo, 2024-08-28 ### *---- "Virtually useless." The app is poorly designed with minimal functionality. The “Report an outage” icon only brings up an option to call. There is no in-app functionality to report outages. It’s like we’re living 20 years behind the times. -- PA110, 2024-08-27 ### **--- "Outage Map FAIL" Most of the time the outage doesn’t match the online version. They are trying to hide the number of outages they actually have. -- wandaOne, 2024-07-31 [View all Hawaiian Electric Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Hawaiian Electric Mobile - [Volunteer Connection](https://apptail.io/app/volunteer-connection-enf/united-states) - [3D Viewer by Chief Architect](https://apptail.io/app/3d-viewer-by-chief-architect-NEi/united-states) - [IPPS-A Launch Platform](https://apptail.io/app/ipps-a-launch-platform-CGU/united-states) - [Park Smarter](https://apptail.io/app/park-smarter-Qbdb/united-states) - [Pet Cloud](https://apptail.io/app/pet-cloud-Vydb/united-states) - [Genda Construction](https://apptail.io/app/genda-construction-emUb/united-states) - [USO Volunteer Community](https://apptail.io/app/uso-volunteer-community-Ymad/united-states) - [Mahina Hawaiian Moon Calendar](https://apptail.io/app/mahina-hawaiian-moon-calendar-GQnj/united-states) - [AWS WickrGov](https://apptail.io/app/aws-wickrgov-YFIl/united-states) - [CSEA Hawaii](https://apptail.io/app/csea-hawaii-ENxv/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
