This apps UI is comparable with crave. And if youve used crave, you know how dogsh it actually is. Loading/buffering time is crazy, response time is absurd, very inconsistent with airplay functionality (surprised they even have the feature to be honest so thats a plus) 
Does not matter what wifi im using, or even an ethernet connection. An overhaul is definitely needed. Show selection is great though, i definitely will give kudos there!

I have had this app for 4+ years and in the last month, it simply doesn’t work. If it even opens up behind the first plain H screen, You can’t click into things and then it shuts down completely. Do not use AppleId or iTunes as your subscription service for this app. Especially if you have a Roku Streaming stick.  Hayu does NOT support appleid subscription login.  Based on this I’ve had to “ask” for a subscription refund.

I love the content on this app but trying to access it is actually a nightmare! Whether it’s lagging, or not playing, or telling me the same message over and over again, I can barely use it at best. If there were another option for this content available to me, I’d use it in a HEARTBEAT.

Tell me why I have to offload and redownload this app regularly. It’s always experiencing glitches. One day the app doesn’t load, another time the show won’t load and a loading spinner just spins forever on my screen. Other times the sound is delayed with the picture. Not sure how every other streaming service has figured it out and these guys haven’t. On the plus side I do love having so much Bravo content to watch in one spot (when the app is working).

My app wasn’t loading after subscribing for 4 years, and Hayu won’t respond or assit me at all!  I have sent 6 requests over a 2 week period asking for support.  I contacted Apple and they said they will ignore you if you purchased through Apple ? She suggested cancelling subscription and paying through them for support but why would I support them further if they knowingly ignore you!!!! And I would lose a months subscription fee…

It’s feels like they know this is the only way people outside the US can watch certain shows so they don’t care as we have no other option. Horrible user experience. The app is very annoying to use. Controls don’t show up after you’ve started a show, even when it ends there’s now way to get back to the menu from the black screen. You have to shut down the app. Figure it out. This is not new! It’s been a few years. Like what’s the point of sending new updates when nothing is fixed. Also it seems like the creators are NOT even using the app for themselves to realize all the blank screens and consistent major crashes. Also, let us re-install it into Amazon Prime! My friend still has that as an option, but you cannot add it to the app anymore. It’s been grandfathered in, which is so dumb. It’s annoying to use the app.

If you wanna pay for an app that never works this one is for you. After my free week trial it immediately deposited a year subscription (more than was listed) and has been poor quality ever since. States there are too many user when there is only one. Jumps around in episodes constantly and reports system errors everyday when trying to cast. Dont get this app, it’s definitely not worth the money.
