I’ve been using Hayu for about 4 months now and it’s non-stop issues. Account gets signed out constantly so you have to sign in almost every time you want to watch a show. And then when you are kept logged in, there is an error and so you have to force quit the app and restart it to watch a show. So many bugs and stupid errors. It’s 2026 - Sort it out already…

Not the best app, I have had it for about a year and considering not renewing, it logs you out randomly, logging back in is a pain in the bum, you have to use your phone to log in all the time so it will work on the tv, preferred log in would be via email and password, when you go back in to continue watching something it is always on a different season so I always have click on the wrong episode to go down to click on episodes, then seasons then find what episode I am watching, very frustrating, then you are watching it and an error pops up in the middle of the screen and tells you to go back all the time, you would think it would be just like any other app but it isn’t to many glitches and can be quite slow at loading, hopefully they are aware and working on a solution.

This app sucks. It constantly logs me out, and gives me an error message when I try to watch certain shows and makes me delete the app, turn off my Apple TV, wait a minute and then re-download the app several times a day if I am going from the app and back over the day. This is terrible for bingeing shows. It also loses my place in the episode when I come back after re-downloading the app. Boooooooooo.

I have had this app on several devices over the years and it has never worked properly. Every time I try to use it on my iPhone or iPad it gives me an error message and refuses to load. The only place it works is on my Chromecast. This has been an ongoing issue for years and nothing has changed. I now pay my subscription through the Play Store instead because the Apple version is basically unusable.
