The AquaConnect Home Network communicates with your iPhone or iPad to allow you to control all pool and spa functions. At home or on the road, you can monitor pool and spa settings, adjust parameters and receive alerts if a problem is detected. You can turn up the spa heater before you head home from work, turn lights on and off, activate water features, manage pH and sanitization to achieve the perfect water chemistry and more, all while conserving energy. I’m beginning to think this is no longer a valid app. I can’t get reconnected, the support hasn’t emailed me my password in over a month even though it says it found my details and would send a PW asap. Well I guess they are full of it! Email that is because I even sent an email to the support email as it asks and that bounced back. Do not go with it. Look into another system. Besides issues with not responding when it turned on. After few years the aqua connect stopped working and it cost $700 for just network connect unit. The AquaConnect doesn’t work half the time and when it does it’s delayed and has really laggy responses. Waste of time and money purchasing the AquaConnect home base station. -- Jilliams, 2024-05-28 ### *---- "Terrible app" The app is terrible in multiple ways, but the two most frustrating ways is that they do not have a number pad to punch in your desired temperature. You have to click up and down one number at a time. The reason this is so horrible is because there is a both a time delay for it to speak to the system and you often get a error message that it cannot speak to the system. Our home and backyard are fully equipped with wifi and this is the only app I have that consistently has connectivity issues. If they had a number pad you would not get so many error messages because you wouldn’t have to scroll one number at a time and their website is no better. Truly awful. The latest update only allows one person to be logged in at a time.
