HbA1c - Rechner
Das Programm rechnet je nach Eingabe eines Wertes diesen in mmol/L oder mg/dl um. Zudem wird der durchschnittliche HbA1c-Wert errechnet.
Jeden Tag gibt es zum Thema Diabetes entsprechende Tipps und Hinweise.
Das Programm hatte ich für mich selbst entwickelt und ich habe meinen Langzeitzucker von 9,3% auf 5,4% senken können. Einige der Tipps mit denen ich das erreicht habe sind täglich im Programm zu lesen.
Für eine schnelle Umrechnung lässt sich nun auch die Apple Watch nutzen. Eine einfache Oberfläche erlaubt die schnelle Umrechnung der Werte auch auf der Uhr!
