Velké zklamání pro nás bylo že nám Max nefungoval na dovolené, na rozdíl od Netflixu nebo třeba iVysílání od české televize.

Can't see any streaming device
I haven't seen any chromecast devices for a while! Everywhere else yes, not here. It started when HBO Max changed to Max. So I'm paying for nothing because I don't wanna watch shows on small mobile when I have Chromecast and projector!

Appka jak z minulého století. Pomalá, kvalita obrazu des.
Katastrofální aplikace i celá služba
Jedna hrůza vedle druhé. Aplikace na televizi neustále snižovala kvalitu, takže maximální pořízené rozlišení jsme měli málo kdy (Netflix zvládal v pohodě, takže připojením to nebylo). Výběr filmů je subjektivní, ale za mě opravdu bída na kvalitní snímky, sporty k breku. Aplikace na iphone / ipad uživatelsky o řád horší než Netflix (prostředí pro náhled a výběr filmů, ovládání přehravače atd.) a třešničkou na dortu bylo odhlášení, které mělo být do 30. 12. 2024 (jak stálo v odhlašovacím mailu), ale už během dne mě odstřihli. Na lince mi sdělili, že to je ukončeno k datu a času pravidelné platby předplatného, ale o tom v odhlašovacím mailu nebylo ani slovo. Sečteno, podtrženo - uživatelská zkušenost 0/10
Nejhorší služba
Na telefonu funguje přehazování jazyků a titulků, ovšem na televizi se pro jistotu žádná volba nezobrazí, kam se hrabou na Netflix nebo Disney, nechávám měsíční předplatné, pak s nimi končím.

Your sound in English (original) is not synced properly with the image. It is so annoying I cannot watch the show. It started happening about 3 weeks ago. If I switch to any other language version it works fine. The only issue is with the original English. It does not happen with any other films or shows just this one. Can you please fix it?
