After cancelling my subscription before Christmas 2025 I am still being charged £5.99 …..Why? Please reply! -- S2zzy, 2026-03-13 ### **--- "Disappointing" I bought a one-off subscription to Bramham Horse Trials, but I wasn’t particularly impressed with the coverage. There were a few falls, run-outs and refusals, but quite a lot of these were missing (even though there were cameras at the relevant jumps). I can understand not showing if there were injuries, but as far as I’m aware all horses and riders are OK, so I don’t see why they weren’t shown. Watching mistakes can be educational for those wanting to learn and improve their riding. I also had no end of problems loading the content (this happened when I subscribed a couple of years ago, so sad to see it hasn’t improved). Overall, rather disappointing. -- Cookiecat65, 2025-06-10 ### *---- "H&c" It doesn’t work -- Disappointed at groupon, 2024-09-09 ### *---- "Poor live stream" Last few to jump at lumihlen and it won’t work ! Frustration -- Somerley, 2024-06-16 ### *---- "Unusable" I can’t say anything good about this app, on several occasions I have had messages come up saying I’m not a subscriber despite the fact I’m being billed as such, when I email to complain they just tell me I am a member.. but no resolution. When I am able to access it, it’s near impossible to navigate and searches don’t even show what I’m looking for. Original content is also naff and dated with poor production quality -- Bbradders, 2024-06-14 ### ***-- "Mrs Johns" I have given 3 stars reasons being is the clunky and impractical layout of the smart phone app. It’s near impossible to find what you want to watch from the menu layout!! H&C can you please resolve this issue -- J j johns, 2024-04-24 ### *---- "Hopeless" The app and tv streaming delivers an error message if ever I try to watch something. Inspite of this i am unable to cancel a subscription ... to a channel i cannot access! The customer service is dreadful -- arfvunknc, 2024-01-10 ### **--- "General Error" Keeps coming up with General Error when I try and watch things. -- JessRain, 2023-12-16 ### *---- "bad review" Not working at all. Tried to log in to watch London international horse show and wouldn’t let me after I paid -- chloetonto007, 2023-12-16 ### *---- "Can’t access via app" Been unable to access live events for London international horse show via phone app or smart tv - no resolution from support centre coming up with something went wrong message or code 422 - 😞 -- JannetteV, 2023-12-16 [View all H&C+ reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## H&C+ In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Horse and Country | £5.99 | | H&C+ Monthly | £14.99 | | H&C+ Annual | £84.99 | | H&C+ Gold Monthly Subscription | £24.49 | | London International 2023 | £17.99 | | H&C+ Gold Annual | £179.99 | | Les 5 Etoiles de Pau 2023 | £17.99 | | STARS Champion of Champions | £17.99 | ## H&C+ Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Grossing | Egypt | Sports | #14 | | Top Grossing | Italy | Sports | #88 | | Top Grossing | United Kingdom | Sports | #93 | ## H&C+ Discovered Keywords -
