It doesn’t get you pass first location or address
-- frank marrazzo, 2025-12-10

### *---- "The app is a hot mess"
I can’t even add my address. It pops up and then will not take it.
-- The Greatest Guy InThe World, 2025-11-05

### *---- "Not User Friendly"
When I open this app it goes right to page that asks you to input Home or Work and provide the Location address which I do but it will not allow me to proceed!
Very frustrating because all that requested info is already in my Profile!
Why does the App do this and how can I get around this whenever I click on the App ??
-- PercyGirl2, 2025-10-21

### *---- "Why can’t I enter my address"
Why can’t I enter my location????
-- Jim McFelea, 2025-10-12

### ***-- "Waste centers not found"
Waste and recycling centers are not found.
-- mdemo123, 2024-10-15

### ***-- "Not dependable"
I check this app everyday for updated information like Crime and Pets, etc. Most days those options don’t even populate on the app and if I check it again a couple hours later those tabs may be there but another tab is missing but was there earlier. I haven’t seen the Crime tab with any updates in almost a week. And I know there have been police dispatch in a weeks time. Very undependable, I may just need to delete the app.
-- CarolAGilx, 2021-02-10

### *---- "Not useful"
I can’t connect to the app because it won’t open 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
-- 0010122, 2020-07-05

### **--- "Not user friendly"
The concept is great but there are many residential construction projects going on and all I see are a few, and can’t find commercial projects!
-- Rmarlow1, 2019-02-10

### ***** "Great app"
Meets the goal of transparency and ease of use
-- Cintim4, 2018-11-14
