Performance issue

It is response has become very slow Pls look into into next update.since long the app is not updated and performance is reduced drastically

Push not working

It has a setting called “notify me immediately “. If it is enabled or disabled, mail notification does not appear when a new mail arrives in iphone. But once I switch it on and off, then mail notification appears. Else, to see new mail in mail box, i have to refresh manually or open mail box to see for new emails. Seems to be a bug. Please sort it out.

Mail updation is problem. Mail is not synchronise..

This app does not give notifications for new mails. I have to open this app and manually refresh to know I have got any new mails. This is really worst app for mail.

Bad experience ever

1am using this app on my iPhone 13 which is having IOS Version 16.5.1 but it is giving lots of problems. Whenever I am refreshing the app to get the mails, it is showing that email is refreshed but I am not getting mails on time Emails coming on this app approx 6 hours late. I ve formatted my phone, changed the email server with help of our company's email admin even the situation is same. WORST APP

App Works Fine. Need Dark Theme support for iOS

Hi HCL Verse Team, This is the software for our office mail communication. Request you to release a compatible version for Dark Theme of apple since one cannot see the fonts . Fonts appear in black. Request you to look into this.

Not working in dark theme

After IOS updation to 16.4 in iPhone 14plus, the mails are not visible / readable in dark theme mode, neither the switch in the top middle for change to dark/light mode is working. Developers please note the above bug/glitch and update/fix the same at the earliest

Text Colour Issue

I am Using the Same app in IPhone 13mini. But after Recent Update of 16.4 , the Text colour in Dark Mode is also dark Coloured. So it’s not Viable. When in Other app the Text Colour is White. So Support Team, Can you Please help in this Regards.
