FAST AND SUFFICIENT

Great way to get products shipped in fast. Pricing can be higher then competitors. Although the fast and sufficient staff keeps the convenience Easy. navigating through the website is above all else with great tools for assisting with products

Needs lots of work

App still displays out of stock and unavailable products, sometimes not alerting you to the fact until you’re in checkout. Search terms are restrictive and difficult to guess, adding far more time to what should have been a quick order. Even searching “vacuum” does not bring results for wet vacs. Light bulb lengths are in inches at times and feet at others so searching requires multiple attempts for successful shopping. Takes far longer to complete an order but easier than the website. Meh.

Pop ups every 2 seconds and windows you can’t close which make what you’re scrolling 1/5 of the phone screen
