- It is a great app! It shows the temperature of your current location. That does not mean that your phone becomes a thermometer and can read the temperature of the surrounding area, using a weather service. A lot of idiots download this app and complain that their phone can't read the temperature indoors. Of course it can't! It's a phone, and no matter what app or other software you install on it, it will never be able to read the temperature of its immediate surroundings unless you had some hardware already installed that can do so, and a touch-screen phone simply cannot take someone's temperature.

- Gets the temp for your current location, or for other saved locations. Works very well. I previously used another thermometer app, but it had banner ads that you couldn't close, and they covered the temperature if it dropped low enough. This one has a nice clean interface and easy to use!

J’aurais voulu une application qui me donne la température exacte de la pièce dans laquelle je me trouve. 
Au moment où j'écris ces lignes, il fait 30.8 degrés Celsius à l’extérieur. J’ai mis mon cellulaire dans mon frigo pendant quelques minutes, je l’ai ensuite sorti, il était froid et pourtant la température indiquée était toujours 30.8 
Bref, c’est une application complètement inutiles

1. The cold temperature does not go low enough to capture our winter temperatures. 
2. I paid for one of the other styles and was disappointed to find the same and that the flat design is not close enough to the increments to get an accurate reading. 
3. I prefer reading in Centigrade and it is the barely readable inside scale often covered over by the needle. 
Looking for another temperature app.

Asks for your location then it uses that info  to find your local forecast & gives you the outside temp.  I have a weather app for that & it came with my phone.  I’m inside my flat and it says it’s -1c (for my Yank friends south of the border I think that’s like 24f).  I should be frozen solid right now.  It’s ridiculous & pointless (unless you don’t have a weather app on your phone).  Delete!
