App gets frozen in iPhone
App does not show secure login page when it is left after logout. Every time we need to restart the app after forcibly closing it.

Not well designed
I paid an Airtel bill in June. I do not want to enable smartpay and want to pay every month myself. But the app refuses to allow me. It is trying to force me to pay the same amount as the previous bill or wants to enable smart pay!! Surely the designers are not thinking thru these things properly. Anecdotally have heard strong complaints about this app from other friends too. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

Compared to bank application , e-wallet applications are seems to be much smoother experience , HDFC please make native app , otherwise no use in using this . Not satisfied with app.
After updated of ios to 16.5 this HDFC App is not loading.
I have recently updated my iPhone 14 pro max to ios 16.5 version, since I have updated HDFC Banking App is not getting loaded. It’s struck on loading screen itself. Please resolve this at the earliest I am unable to do my banking transaction since one week.

Have downloaded the app a couple of times and it does not even start ..: just shows the HDFC logo and does not even get to the login window … This used to be a tech leader bank.:: don’t know what happened
Got phishing message after installing this app
I installed this app yesterday. Within 24 hours I received a phishing message from 70473 82119 saying your HDFC internet banking will be suspended today please update your PAN number now visit below link. This app has back door or leaks information outside.
