Not much effective
I have Iphone 8 plus with 16.3.1 ios updeted. I downloaded app but nor showing card payment option. Not working sms option. So it is so poor for apple phone.

Hi, Pls do not share the address in receipt sms.

It is showing error - “Sorry! you do not have access to given TID” since last 3 months.

Cant receive any notifications
I used to have hdfc smart hub before and it worked fine but from the day i installed this hdfc vyapar app, i havent been able to receive any notifications regarding upi payments. I have to continuously open the app and check for payments. Even mailed to the merchant helpdesk but the issue hasnt been resolved till yet.
Registration fail
Not working,every time I try to register it shows you don’t have access to given Terminal ID although Pos machine is working but app keeps on showing fail registration
Bad services
my amount has been cut from the ATM and I haven’t received the amount. Veryy veryy poor services you are providing to the customer, I’m unable to contact you on your customer contact number.
Worst experience
I am trying to add user (agent) but this app has very bad user interface and after Piti g all the information for adding “user access” after filling all the details it’s get vanish - I’m trying this from last 15 days and they have no updates on App Store as well.
