App doesn’t open only. Crappy app ever. After update asking for new credentials which are unavailable.

Terrible is an understatement. After launch of new app, it’s virtually impossible to conduct transactions. Very poorly designed and just not user friendly

HDFC was great bank why loosing trust with such useless app. Keeping money in account unable to do transactions coz of app problem
