The challenge is built around consistency, discipline and community. For 100 days, participants commit to staying active, building healthier habits and pushing themselves a little further each day. The 2026 edition begins on 10 October 2026 and is expected to bring together more than 50,000 participants from India and around the world, making HDOR one of the largest multi-day fitness challenges of its kind. HDOR is not about being the fastest runner. It is about showing up, staying committed and making movement a habit - whether you are taking your first steps towards fitness or already an experienced runner. Track your journey, stay motivated, participate in challenges, celebrate milestones and be part of a growing community that believes every goal is achievable with consistency. Mumkin Hai. Come What May. 100 Days. One Commitment. A Habit for Life. ## HDOR Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/ff/98/5d/ff985d0e-53fc-d10f-7f43-4a7bf8406d31/Follow-your-streaks.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/64/4e/95/644e952a-0e8b-b549-46c5-2a42aadc5289/Track-your-progress_V2.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/be/d3/1d/bed31d77-3abe-267b-cecb-8889e6bbbd7c/Track-your-activities.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ba/de/c7/badec767-20f0-b922-778e-9bdd8d887ca8/Learn-how-to-improve.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/e3/ae/ff/e3aeff95-3d4a-de67-9038-697d303167ff/Understand-your-progress.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d0/8f/6e/d08f6e72-7704-5ddd-0ee8-7ddbbc2cde39/Participate-in-an.jpg/1284x2778.png) ## HDOR Rating Breakdown in India - 5 stars: 316 (62%) - 4 stars: 93 (18%) - 3 stars: 16 (3%) - 2 stars: 17 (3%) - 1 stars: 69 (14%) ## HDOR Reviews in India ### ***** "Excellent app" The new version is easy to navigate, it’s smooth and simple. Highly recommended -- Shilpi sogarwal, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "Worst App" The HDOR app earlier had a very great interface, but after the update post TDH 2024 the app is not able to properly fetch data, very difficult to open leaderboard, many people cheat by recording the activity twice, no customer service, rising registration fees .. etc Do not register for any event This will be my last registration for HDOR -- [}{^+~!{*|!~, 2024-12-02 ### *---- "Worst app ever better don’t install by mistake also" Nothing works here no support will be there it’s just like scam . -- To to I, 2024-11-08 ### *---- "User interface and experience" Pathetic user interface and very clumsy app. The experience so far is really below average rather worst. -- Swaraj K, 2024-10-29 ### *---- "extremely crappy stats tracking" Your broken app is unable to fetch data from strava. Initially it missed my two rides so i had to manually fetch them. Today after completing my ride of 30kms it took the ride data but it removed my longest ride data and one 45kms ride because of that my challenge completed has gone down from 5 to 3 plus over all ranking has gone down drastically . Seriously if u guys can’t maintain an app then there is no point in organising such a high level event. Nobody likes to see there stats going down because of your incompetence -- Asheeshtirkey, 2024-09-22 ### **--- "TDH2024: Very bad last update" Not showing elevation + mapping of challenges are incorrect + integrations failing to sync with Strava So many clicks added to get actual stage status -- Jayant596, 2024-09-21 ### ***** "Great app" Great app, highly recommended! I used this to track my daily targets like steps, distance, and workout time. This really helped me. In this app lots of events like running challenges, cycling challenges, and steps challenges. -- Dewendra88, 2024-09-19 ### ***** "Awesomeness at its peak" The new version of HDOR is awesome, they have listened to our needs - Data syncs and is visible on leaderboards in no time. No more waiting. - More stats available - Better UI Thank you HDOR for this release. There are some issues in data which I guess you guys are already working on and will fix them in no time. -- SsshUser, 2024-09-19 ### ***** "Can’t express my feelings better than this" Wakt Badal diya, jajbat Badal Diye, App Badal di -- Boat no 1, 2024-09-19 ### ***** "Great UI and enhanced experience" Great work team, the UI looks good. The summary feature is helpful to track daily goals and meet targets. -- Rishabh Singh Bullion, 2024-09-19 [View all HDOR reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## HDOR Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | India | Health Fitness | #87 | ## HDOR Discovered Keywords - hdor ## Apps Similar to HDOR - [Cult Academy(formerly Fitso)](https://apptail.io/app/cult-academyformerly-fitso-mDs/india) - [sugar.fit](https://apptail.io/app/sugarfit-dPW/india) - [Fitpage](https://apptail.io/app/fitpage-rFhb/india) - [MySamay](https://apptail.io/app/mysamay-sHuc/india) - [StepSetGo: Step Into Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/stepsetgo-step-into-rewards-ZyWd/india) - [Orange Health Labs: Blood Test](https://apptail.io/app/orange-health-labs-blood-test-EfXd/india) - [Alyve Health](https://apptail.io/app/alyve-health-eYKi/india) - [MAven - Borderless Benefits](https://apptail.io/app/maven-borderless-benefits-tOXl/india) - [FreeStyle LibreLink – IN](https://apptail.io/app/freestyle-librelink-in-yLWn/india) ## HDOR Available In - [India](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/india) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/canada) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/singapore) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/united-kingdom) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/united-arab-emirates) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/germany) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/malaysia) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/south-korea) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/saudi-arabia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/netherlands) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/australia) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/indonesia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/hungary) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/israel) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/iceland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/japan) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/kuwait) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/lebanon) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/latvia) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/malta) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/mexico) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/nigeria) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/russia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/sweden) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/slovenia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/ukraine) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/uzbekistan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/vietnam) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/austria) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/belgium) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/bulgaria) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/hdor-WWW/czechia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
