This app is amazing and it is very usefull and some sessions help you realise that your health is very important and to take a moment put down the phone and listen and whenever i take a bath and fill the bath tub i would play this on a loud speaker and it would be the most relaxing thing on earth!

I tried it out of curiosity, was a bit skeptical until the first few sessions when I realized how much it organized my mind throughout the day and how much I needed that clarity to help me focus! JUST TRY IT OUT!!!

If you need to relax a bit, or get your mind just one dial quiter, this app is the best. I tried others, which were also good, but none match the richness of this app. Of course, it's not free, and a bit expensive, but totally worth it.

I had to cancel what was once my favorite meditation resource when the morning ‘Wake Up’ meditation feature went from salmon swimming and woodworkers carving to How Tos on fulfilling the needs of exhausted women of color. Look up the podcast episode ‘Embrace the Politics of Meditation Today’ by Dora Kamau to understand how weirdly committed Headspace is now to strident, jumbled omnicause advocacy, as well as a backhanded admission of how little its users want this. They have annual subscriptions with notoriously sneaky rebilling, so they are sinking slowly rather than imploding all at once, but Headspace has come to feel like a soothing attempt at actual mind control.

It may be me, but this isn’t for me. My doctor has been recommending meditation apps for so long. Finally through apple I decided to try one. I tried this app but I was close to punching my tablet, just to listen a person talking slow, with a color screen. What a torching! This review is not about the app it’s me, I couldn’t find a content that could help me.

AI is not mindful, meditative, or helpful

Absolutely shocked to see that Headspace is now shilling an AI chatbot under the guise of mental healthcare. It’s hard to think of a context where AI is less helpful, and more potentially harmful. Shame on Headspace for pushing such a pollutive, wasteful, and antisocial feature. Deleting forever!

Technical difficulties I guess

I paid for the subscription, none of the recordings are working it keeps saying something is wrong and won’t give me a troubleshoot or guidance on how to fix it
