Absolutely worthwhile prioritising your time to work through book summaries that’s provides insights to topics that can grow your knowledge base. Quite inspiring. An awesome way to get the gist of books and discovering ones actually worth reading in full. Well done Headway in getting me to invest in myself.

Advertisement for this app is terrible. I wanted to find out what I was getting into first to see if I actually wanted to pay for this app. I got charged for an infographics aswell as a monthly subscription. After pressing the button ‘add infographics’ I thought it would take me to a page that told me more about it but it charged me and took money straight out of my account, I asked for a refund and they said no. Terrible customer service as customers should definitely be treated fairly, I didn’t even have the app for 5 minutes before I canceled the subscription. I was also charged for more that what was stated I was being charged as it didn’t say it was usd until after I make the ‘purchase.’ Not happy.

Has got me away from scrolling and back into reading! Great feeing to recall information read and use it in a conversation

I canceled my subscription via the App Store and was charged by headway anyway! They refused to refund my account. When you sign up to the app you are funnelled to their website to create an account… unless you sign in and delete your acc through their website they will continue to charge you automatically without any warning. I wasn’t even aware that I had been on their website!

Almost impossible to cancel. Continues to take money out after you think you have cancelled. The briefs are very average and don’t actually give you a proper understanding of the book.

Terrible UI - starts with the usual free trial & then automatically sets you up for a yearly subscription. I clicked the option that was given to me to change to monthly (as I didn’t want to forget and pay for a full year).. but after selecting monthly it wiped by free trial & automatically paid for the month & took my money. Now all the half arsed questions at the start makes sense, this is a terrible app! When you go to manage your subscription in apple there are 68 different plans ranging from the ‘Free Trial $11.49 a week’ to the ‘Headway Premium Pro $249.99’. Give me my money back!!

Feel like I’ve just been completely scammed. Downloaded the app via instagram ad offering free 1 week trial before purchase. Followed the prompts to create an account for 7 day trial. Authorised card for subscription after trial. Noticed after money had already been removed from my account and subscription activated without any trial. I only authorised on the basis I could cancel if I didn’t like it or the money would come out of my account in 7 days. This has left me short on cash. Disappointing as first impressions of the app are very good but I feel like I’ve been totally deceived which makes me weary to deal with this company at all. Highly disappointed

I answered the 100 questions after clicking the instagram link then thought I would try it out. I paid for 3 months and got an email saying that there was an issue with my payment even though it had clearly come out of my bank account. I tried to log on but it wanted me to pay again. I cancelled the subscription so it wouldn’t renew. Now I have been charged the 3 months and have no access to what I paid for. They refuse to refund. SCAM
