The exercises not only help with acute pain, but also have a proven effect in the prevention of back pain. They can be done everywhere, no need for equipment, so they can be perfectly integrated into everyday life. FEATURES: * The app contains 20 exercises each for the upper, lower or entire back - depending on where you have pain or which area you want to strengthen.
