It keeps saying disconnected!! When it does connect at 10am I have only been awake 1 hour so I can’t answer the questions accurately because I haven’t had any activity except drinking my coffee. Not a good app. It’s all about money between the company and the doctors. Waste of time!

I sent my readings this morning. Tried to send a another this afternoon , indicated I was not connected. ????? Received a message to send ???? Thanks. Rosemary Schwab.

I have trouble with the exercise part. I tap exercises & they don’t seem to work.

Even when I complete daily tasks, they show that they’re late. It never updates the questions so that it shows finished. Very frustrating as I don’t know if my dr office is actually getting everything. They asked me to update through a message. I’m like, it is up to date. Fix the app already! If your to cheap to update then maybe Apple should remove you off the store. Smh

The only reason we have to use this app is so the doctor has evidence if the government questions our medication. It is not helpful to the patient. It’s a CYA app for the docs.

Love this app And the fact that you have someone always keeping an eye or you’re health.

Every time I open the app it says I need to update but no updates available. The Oximeter readings differ from other meters including at doctor’s office so hard to feel like it’s accurate. The quiz questions are the same over and over and the nagging if you miss a day for whatever reason is really annoying. I find the pain score to be unhelpful since it’s a point in time. I may be at a 3 when I take the reading but it doesn’t reflect the 8’s at other times. The yes/no medication compliance seems pointless. I can’t help feeling like the whole thing is all about avoiding litigation and that never feels good.

This app is laughable….it will show my bom at 35 or 50 and take it and my 02 when it is low it freaks out , once the nurse called worrying about my o2, it was low (I hve asthma and was sick at the time) But this is not even associated with my pulmonologist) I said I was sick ,then once she called and said,oh I guess you are ok,your bpm is 38,but since you are answering the phone it must be a mistake,what!!! Waste of time

I have attempted to update a few times. EVERYTIME I open the app it tells me to update! PLEASE FIX!!! Won’t even let me give it a Star for rating. GARBAGE

I go through all steps, app says complete and then it sends me multiple notifications that I need to complete for the day. Tech support ‘s answer to this is “to write down my readings each time”🙄 Upon opening , App recently started asking for updating… even though I have … repeatedly The “quiz questions” are laughable and asks the same questions over and over The pulse ox appears to be inaccurate. I have compared my device readings to other devices, including my dr’s devices. At least it is consistent… always reads lower SpO2 I’ve given it more than an honest shot…. This one gets a big thumbs down for me 🤷‍♀️👎
