Träning
Övningarna jag fått kommer inte i rätt ordning. Helt plötsligt kommer det in övningar jag inte ska göra!
Mycket bra app
Mycket bra app men det saknar ett par funktioner: - support chat för appen/rapportera fel/förslag - bokade tider skulle vara tillgängliga i appen och varför inte koppla till kalendern
Övningar tumrotsoperstion. Video.
Motiverar till övningar. Bra också att ställa in tider för 4 övningar per dag. Super! Ser och känner förbättringar i tummen/ handen redan efter en dag. Bra med påminnelser att slappna av i övriga delar/ axel och arm samt att andas. Bra video och tydlig röst!

Mycket bra hälsoapp för att exempelvis se rekommenderade övningar utföras på rätt sätt.

Horrible app
Have to re-log in each time. While on video chat or watching a training the screen goes to sleep. No where to see how many trainings has been assigned and no way to see a summary of last visit discussions. Caused more stress than it helped relieve.
Digital läkare
Har kontakt med min läkare och fysio via appen. Får också övningar och utbildningar skickade till mig.
