It’s been an hour now and I am unable to access my account. Every-time I try to log in, it says verification attempted reached and to try again later. The only reason the verification attempts are reached is because the app logs me out if I exit it out for even two seconds. It then makes me log back in with username and password then insert my pin. The logical thing would be to be able to log back in using your pin rather than doing the entire process over. It’s been an hour now and I am still getting the same error message and unable to log in. I have lab results that posted that I cannot access. Very frustrating app. Technical support is nonexistent.

I understand why the mobile apps exist, for confidence on your phone however, some of use our tablets just as much or if not more when we able. This may because we have trouble seeing\typing on phone, use the device as computer, whatever.  This is 2025, get with the program.
