UPDATE:
Added second star because dev has updated the privacy policy; but it says it uses a third party service that collects “non-identifiable information.” It is fine if that is what the dev wants to do, but the app listing should indicate, at the very least, “Data Not Linked to You”. That would make the app listing compliant with Apple’s definition.

Never trust an app/dev that says “Data Not Collected”, but has a privacy policy that has a whole list of data it collects and that it uses third party services that also may collect data.
