Unable to even make same day appt

Even at 8am, I cannot even find a current day appt. Had to call in hotline for it. Can only book future.

Error at login

Prompted error when using singpass to log in

Payment page does not load

After the latest update, the payment page does not load in iPhone. In addition, the app crashes when downloading the invoice in IPad. Please look into both issues. Thank you.

Impossible for older users to make payment

UI is terrible and seems intentionally over complicated which deters older users from using the app. Did you not do any user testing when doing the design for the payment system?

The appointments and bills appear blank

SMS states there are appointments and bills but the app shows blank screens. Used to work 1 year ago.

App not working

Unable to use any of the services on this app, it keeps showing the error page after login using SingPass. Can’t check appointment, register for queue number, make payment, etc, and some do not have alternative online site for these services which cause a lot of inconvenience.

Payment option by Visa or Master is not enabled even with payment setup

After months since before Q3 2023 had been experiencing payment not enabled in mobile app. Had ensure pop-up is enabled on my phone safari (iphone). Only option is payment using HealthHub app without going AXS etc. Please improve/enhance your payment in app.

Useless app

Only useful for the queue function. Appointment function is a pilot system and doesn’t work. Half assed

Not working

Why even bother when health hub is much reliable and doesnt hang on u. In the first place why need so many app? This goes into my useless app folder

App has sucked for a few yrs. Use Health Hub instead

None of the e-services are working on my phone. It has been like this for the longest time. It just shows a blank page. Not sure what’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work 😅
