The latest is that it’s telling me that the app require requires an update.. I go to the App Store. The app says “open.” No update available. So I’m in a loop… I go back to the app. It says an update is required. I go to the App Store. Also sometimes the app “saved” my entry but won’t show it. There are some glitches now and then that keep me from rating with five stars. Equipment that is Bluetooth never syncs well with app. Waste of time. This app needs to work. I just took the time to read every single comment and I’m convinced that it’s just a matter of time before I’ll get to participate in a class action lawsuit!! Bring on the bugs and the hppa violations!! I’m ready!! Basically, your medication is being held hostage until you pay the incredibly high price of your privacy. BOOM! Don’t expect to feel good about yourself after that initial call. I fought my Doctor when she wanted me to try this medication. Refused to consider it because another of these medications made so sick that I literally had to quit taking it. But I agreed to try when my A1c hit 11. Within months it dropped to 7 and at my last appointment it was 6.5. And I wasn’t sick and I was losing weight. Sounds like a win-win, right?? But now, I have to sell my privacy to obtain a prescription, AND they have blocked my supplemental provider from paying it. They told me they’re more than happy to pay it but there is a block on my account because Caremark is my primary. Literally they are holding my medication hostage. I cannot have this medication unless I agree to stop being fat. Period. It’s a scary thought, isn’t it? I just can’t wait for some young, ambitious, and savvy attorney gets ahold of it. -- Nunyabisniszzzzzzzzzzzzzz, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "Terrible" Everything related to this app and process has been horrible. I downloaded the app as soon as instructed to and started entering data. I received multiple letters stating I needed to download the app and meet with a dietitian. Why are you not able to see who has downloaded the app. Each time I would call to discuss the letters I would get a “it’s fine we are working on assigning you a dietitian. No concerns on coverage “. Fast forward to yesterday when I went to pick up my prescription and lo and behold it’s denied with a note to the pharmacy stating I needed to call the number. So I did. They have the audacity to say I haven’t been logging information and hadn’t scheduled a follow up appointment with a dietitian after my initial in November. I have been logging my weight weekly. I have not had instruction as to what else is supposed to be logged. Where is the scale that the first dietitian said would be sent? It’s hard to schedule an appointment when you don’t have anyone to schedule it with. The first communication I received to schedule was on 12/14 which was responded to on 12/18 with a response on 12/19 and a denial on 12/20. I’m guessing one day is too long to schedule an appointment? To penalize someone for your lack of follow up is unacceptable as well as not giving the tools to the people answering the phone the ability to correct it. In addition to the joke of customer care and communication, the app is clunky, slow and way too intrusive. There is no way to see past data entered.
