## Health Partners Description
As your health partner, we’ve got your back (and eyes, and teeth) ...and now we’re giving you an even better digital experience. 
With tightened security and new features that make it easier to manage your cover. In our refreshed app, you can:
• View and manage your cover
• Check your benefit limits, what you’ve used and what’s left
• Claim with a tap using your digital membership card
• Submit and track claims in a simpler way
• Access most features from both the app and portal

A heads up that, in line with our privacy guidelines, some features are only accessible to the Policyholder and Spouse with Delegation of Authority. All current Health Partners’ members aged 18 years or over can register to use the app.

Features needed

- Extras cost estimates when you put in the provider number and item numbers and cost per item number.
- Digital Card if you prefer it over the physical card
- Extra limits to be available in app so you can check what you have available

If they can include these features in the near future I will definitely give them 5 stars they need to set aside some funds to do a complete overhaul to make it easier for people to see all the information they need to see instead of always calling up to check this or that.

It is impossible to submit a claim via the app. After you select the photos, it won’t allow you to go any further with the claim. I will be dumping these guys like a big stinky turd after a big night on the piss. Absolutely useless and the customer service on the issue was disgraceful . DO NOT TAKE OUT PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE WITH THIS HOPELESS MOB!!!
