Got to the end, and it suggested *premenstrual syndrome*. I was incredibly insulted by this as I actually have a Vitamin B12 deficiency and my periods are normal, I was merely testing the app’s knowledge, I know what’s wrong with me. I suspected if I was male it would give a different outcome. I ran another test, I input all my same symptoms, answered the questions the same, this time stated I was male. Surprise surprise it recommended I may have hyperthyroidism which is far more closely related to my symptoms and my existing condition, I also have hyperthyroidism running in the family. Imagine going to a real life doctor with all your concerns and because you appear female they turn around and patronisingly suggest PMS. A waste of time and money. Do not bother. You also cannot track your diet by means of a food diary, the custom trackers are extremely limited in what you can do with them. Very frustrating! Turns out (after a lot of googling) that they have lifted the article text verbatim from another website and ALL of the plan podcasts/info is available for free through NHS choices!! If you’re after an app that reminds you to exercise and asks you to note how you’re feeling that day, then I guess this works for that. I personally don’t think that’s worth £30 a year.
