Keeps how your feeling by taking a questionnaire daily. Hooks to your dr provided blood pressure monitoring etc… but other than that everything is a manual input when it could be loaded from the doctors end like meds, lab results test results appointments etc… 

I have provided input from day one and haven’t seen any improvements!

This app has quite a bit that is POTENTIALLY good. But, misses the mark because it is difficult or impossible to correct data ( specifically I am talking about altering the meds I am taking). It would be nice if I could also keep my insurance ID numbers on the app
